Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and very professional. They made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very honest about what needed to be done. It wasn’t news that I wanted to hear but he assured me that he would take his time and do whatever was necessary to avoid me having complications in the future. The day of surgery I was extremely nervous but they made sure I was ok before beginning the procedure. Everything went well and I am recovering very well. I am definitely recommending this office to everyone that I know.

After years of putting off getting my wisdom teeth pulled, I finally trusted Charles County Surgical Arts. I’m glad I did. They are professional, polite, clean and very informative of the process for anyone who is hesitant. I also received same day treatment on the day of my consultation. They followed up with me by phone to make sure I was doing well after the procedure. I recommend them if you’re looking to have oral surgery. Thank you for taking great care of your patients!

Extremely polite and responsive when I called to make an appointment. Very accommodating regarding dates and times. I had extensive surgery done and when it was over I was shocked, I had to ask if it (the procedure) was really over. I heard everything and felt nothing. My prescriptions were ready at my pharmacy when I left there. I was provided detailed instructions for home care and they even followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing. I highly recommend them. It’s a family affair!

I was referred to CCSA by my dentist to receive treatment for an emergency extraction and I have to say the service they provided was 5 Stars! The overall atmosphere of the office is clean and organized, the front office staff are friendly and provide a smile under their masks! The Financial plans are easy to follow and they work with you on all financial options that our insurances may not cover in order to get the services you need. Lastly, the oral surgeon gave good vibes and explained my procedure options and protocols during our consult, so I was well aware and prepared for surgery day. Also, I don’t who’s in charge of the playlist but they had me moving and grooving while I waited. Highly recommended for your oral surgery needs!

I am here at surgical arts and I am just flabbergasted for the treatment and the obvious the receptionist the business manager the doctor and pulled my teeth was just phenomenal I am elated I am very very happy for this organization here I am honored to be in this circle of professionals this place is just the absolute best dentistry that I’ve ever been to when I was getting my tooth or my teeth polled I was a nervous wreck I was afraid of needles and The doctor came in and he talk to me he gave me a summary of what was going to go on the business manager explained the financial obligations that I was going to have which it was not very much and then the cruel to staff the dental hygienist and assistance or just awesome I am happy to be in this Circle of dentistry this place is absolutely the best dentistry that I have ever encountered I will I don’t remember anything I don’t know I’ve never had any pain prescriptions that they gave me afterwards I filled him the mouthwash awesome I am very pleased with this whole entire organization and I would just like to say I would like to say that everyone took very good care of me I don’t remember even going to sleep when I got my tooth for my teeth polled what I remember is waking up and I felt no pain at all and I’m still here two weeks later I’m still not feeling any pain I just love this whole entire organization it is great my name is Ms Celeste’s Carrington and I just want to say I’m on it state of the art dentistry

Very Clean and organized facility with amazing staff who make you feel right at home! Dr. McElveen was very helpful in the recovery process and even called to check on me which is very kind. I would recommend everyone go here for any procedure you need completed.

I don’t know where to begin. I was worked in as an emergency patient. The entire staff was great…from the time I called to make the appointment to the time I left out from my follow up exam. The office is clean, nicely decorated and inviting. I told Dr. McElveen that I had a bad experience with another dentist after having a root canal done…he changed my mind about oral surgeons. 🙂

I don't think I've been to a more professional caring place. I needed emergency work done and every place I called told me I'd wait over 48hours to get in. They worked with me to get me in the same hour I called. Did emergency surgery and walked me through every step of the way. Had some issues over the weekend and the doctor was so hands on he called me himself while out of the country to get me some steroids for the inflammation. If more then 5 stars was possible they'd get it from me. Thanks guys for all your help!

I can not say enough good things about the doctor and staff here. It was an excellent experience from the first phone call until the moment we walked out of the office after my son's procedure. Everyone made my son and myself feel so comfortable and they did everything to calm our fears. I would highly recommend this practice!

Reception was fast and prompt. I was getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed and I did not get put under. The actual procedure was quick but by no means rushed. Staff made sure I was numb and paid attention when I tried to tell them if I wasn’t numb. Overall a very positive experience.

Friendly people, nice office, curtesy call after the surgery, and in and out post-op appointment. I don’t care for the dentist in general, but it was a pleasant experience overall and would definitely go back, if needed.
