Excellent definitely going back for my next appointment

They removed my wisdom teeth and it was very quick and easy.

Like most people, i was extremely afraid/ anxious over having dental Work done, let alone oral surgery. When i called To get an appointment they were able to get me in about a week later, again i was soooo anxious i almost canceled, but the broken tooth, with exposed nerves and tooth root let me with so much pain i sucked it Up!! As soon as i arrived for my 10 am appointment i was taken back within 1 minute, just long enough to get my gran and husband who came with me comfortable in the waiting area, the waiting area was spacious yet private. Water and a coffee bar were available for family members waiting for their loved ones to have their dental work/ procedure done. I woke up from the anesthesia at 11:44 am and was moved to a private room to recover with the help and support of my husband. The dr. Was amazing and respected my wishes to not use narcotics due to being on a MAT program. I would definitely go back.

Other than listening to the "music completely not designed for seniors waiting to have 3 teeth extracted" channel the entire process was painless. 48 hours later I feel back to normal and smiling! I certainly intend to return when I want to get more teeth pulled. This time with earplugs.

Took my husband in to have his wisdom teeth removed , everyone was very polite & took their time to speak with my husband and I. I love the fact that they make you feel like family . My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend Charles County Surgical Arts to ANYONE that needs an oral surgeon !!

Dr Mcelveen is a great dentist. I got my tooth pulled out quickly and felt no pain. Great job today!

Very nice and did a quick job

The team was great & calmed all my concerns. They were thorough & followed up after the tooth was pulled to make sure I was recovering well. They also fit me in quickly as I had a long scheduled vacation coming up.

My time with them was very pleasant. They was very helpful and quick with assisting me with my problems, and worked quickly to resolve them.

Quick easy and affordable for me!

If your process is to have your patients wait/spend an hour in your facility then I would suggest that inform them in advance. My procedure was handled very well and professional, however the amount of time that I sat and waited was simply out of question. Will I use you again, yes I required, would I recommend you to others, yes I will.

Had a good experience. Everyone was very nice. It’s a brand new facility and I was able to be scheduled in quickly.

This was my first time being put under anesthesia but also my first time having teeth removed (wisdom teeth) and everyone from the moment I called to inquire was absolutely amazing! They were informative and answered my many questions and once the actual surgery day came, made sure I was comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Kevin, Korey, (I hope I spelled her name right), Ian and Dr. McElveen were all so patient and just gave the best bedside manner which is extremely important in the dentistry field. In the week since I had my wisdom teeth removed, I’ve barely had any pain and any questions that I had, I was able to call and connect with someone quickly. Hopefully, I never have to come back for any surgery but if I did, they would absolutely be my first choice!

My son needed surgery, I called the office, and was greeted by a knowledgeable and courteous young lady who made my priority of having my sons procedure done immediately, seem as though it was her as well. The consultation and the surgery were preformed the same day. Everyone of the office personnel I interacted with were professional, reassuring and took the time to explain in detail the procedure, the cost, and what to expect during recovery. Additionally, the next 2 mornings after my son procedure, Dr. McElveen called to check on my son and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Sounds surreal right! I feel confident in saying, look no further, book your appointment, this practice treats everyone this way. As I sat in the waiting room during my sons procedure, I was enchanted with how each person who came through those doors was met with the same old fashioned down home hospitality. You deserve to be treated in this office...I just cannot say enough. Doc! Don't lose the personal touch we experienced, it set you above your colleagues, it's refreshingly and welcoming. From making my appointment with Kevin to being greet at the front desk, Ian (dental assistant) making sure I was comfortable and to Dr McElveen who made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. I had a bad tooth and needed extraction and I did not have all of the money for the extraction. I thought I was going to have to reschedule for another day and was disappointed because I really needed this tooth removed. They said no worries give us what you have and we are pulling that tooth today. Thank you Jesus! Not a lot of pain or bleeding. Charles County Surgical Arts Team is best surgical team by far in my opinion. I highly recommend them they treated me with the utmost respect!
