I was referred by my dentist. Officer staff is very friendly, Officer area is clean and spacious. I had a really good consultation with the specialist who provided the best treatment plan possible for my unique situation. He took his time to explain thoroughly and answered any questions that I may have. I felt very comfortable with my treatment plan and look forward to renewing my smile. I would highly recommend visiting.

Everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable. Dr was great. I did find tooth fragments in my mouth at home though.

I can not say enough good things about this office. The entire staff is wonderful. I was scheduled a few days out but when I began having bad pain from a failed root canal with another office they got me in the same day. The office is very clean and modern. Dr. John McElveen is genuinely caring and compassionate. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I had a tooth removal without sedation ( that's optional) I had no pain or discomfort during the procedure. Everything was explained and he asked several times to make sure I wasn't feeling any pain at all. I highly recommend charles county surgical arts!

Dr. McElveen was wonderful, he listens makes you feel comfortable and after care,he's concern about you he gives you a call. His nurses were great also made me comfortable while waiting. This Office is awesome I have already started telling my family and friends. Thank You SINCERLY , Ms.I.Smith

This place was great very polite and super nice very clean and will absolutely go back if I need more work done the doctor was amazing very professional and quick made my visit as comfortable and painless I will recommend this office to all my friends and family I would give more stars if it would let me.

My daughter and I walked into this office aesthetically, beautiful, clean, simple, professional, and sincerity, and I'm a stickler for these things, and I spot it immediately. Sat down and a great deal of comfort things were done in a timely manner. Everyone was punctual, clear and concise with the next steps were along with a great deal of warmth, that's quite suitable for this time of year, but I have a feeling this goes on in this office you're around. Dr. John McElveen. MD, DD, DDS, PharmD. Is amazing and I am truly think I was in the Presence of an angel. 😇 This says a lot about his upbringing. Sorry to go on and on but best practice I've ever walked into in my 62 years. He truly invest in his patients 🙏🏽🎯🙏🏽 big shoutout to Treneti for spreading the joy!

Our visit was outstanding from beginning to end…..from the front desk reception, the dental assistants, the office manager, and especially Dr. McElveen. The customer service, professionalism, and the state of the art facility are the best in the industry. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

Very personable and accommodating. I had major anxiety with getting my wisdom teeth out and the entire staff made me feel comfortable which eased my concerns. Answered all my questions, didn’t rush me in and out, and made sure I was doing okay the entire time. They were very transparent with the fees and payment options which I was very grateful for. The office was also very clean and had up to date tech. I can’t say enough good things about this facility and staff.

I don’t know where to begin. I was worked in as an emergency patient. The entire staff was great…from the time I called to make the appointment to the time I left out from my follow up exam. The office is clean, nicely decorated and inviting. I told Dr. McElveen that I had a bad experience with another dentist after having a root canal done…he changed my mind about oral surgeons. 🙂

I can honestly say everyone is very honest and respectful. They make you feel comfortable and work with you , just all around positive vibes . I would highly recommend using this Dentist.
