The office staff were so inviting, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Ryan Look extracted my wisdom tooth. I had no pain or issues. After my procedure I went straight to work. Great job!

This is an update to the below review: My follow-up visit with Dr. Look and team was exceptional! They were able to fit me in right before the holidays and immediately after I returned home from a trip. They continue to impress! Great care was taken with my tooth extraction and implant procedure. I had to make an edit to my review- my surgeon (Dr. Look) texted me yesterday evening to see how I was feeling. While I know this is probably routine for this practice, my wife and I agreed that regardless, this was an example of a caring staff/team of doctors. Just a great example of them being an extremely welcoming staff and an outstanding team of doctors!

I was recommended to this business for a wisdom tooth extraction by my dentist. Very nice staff and establishment. Dr.Look was very personable and knowledgeable in my questions regarding removing all of my wisdom teeth. He did what was needed. I had very little to no pain in my incision area. Will definitely recommend.

Had a great experience! Dr. Look was amazing and the staff. Very thorough from scheduling an appointment, consultation and dental procedure. If you need to get a tooth extracted don’t hesitate to see Dr. Look. He was very professional, kind, gentle, and made sure I was ok during the procedure. The facility was very clean and organized from the first desk to the back!

I am glad that I started going to Charles County Surgical Arts. The team is detail-oriented, friendly, and willing to work with any busy schedule you may have. Dr. McElveen is the man!

I developed a very bad infection after having one molar extracted from a cracked tooth at this practice. Had been to an endodontist eight months prior to have a root canal which didn’t stop the pain. Very unhappy with the followup after my tooth was removed. Needed two prescriptions filled and the office staff never called either prescription in until two days after I needed both. I developed a dry socket infection and was in horrible pain for almost two weeks. Thought it was an staph infection. Also developed horrible canker sores after surgery. , I cannot recommend this oral surgeon office . Each time I arrived they asked why I was there and I had four appointments. Mismanaged to say the least. Paid a lot for the consultation and to hold my appointment too ? I personally recommend finding another more professional oral surgeon office in the Washington DC. area. I have lived in this area all of my life and am 63 years old. Been around the block and buyer beware as the saying goes.

Charles County Surgical Arts, is a very welcoming place. Each person that I encountered from the front desk, throughout the well designed facility was thoughtful, kind and professional. Dr. John McElveen is consciderate, friendly, and accessible. Dr. McElveen not only took time out of his busy schedule to listen, and to understand my plight, he also explained and answered questions concerning the procedure which is a rare combination. 5 Stars.

Upon enter the facility there was a very welcoming receptionist. Information provided was very detailed. Pleasant approach by all of the staff. Dr. McElveen was very professional, personal, honest, detailed, understanding, pleasant and efficient. My over all experience at Charles County Surgical Arts Center, was amazing. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Mcelveen at Charles County Surgical Arts. He made sure I was numb and comfortable. The staff was very, very kind. I would recommend anyone who need teeth removed to go there. Thank you all for your kind serve.
