I developed a very bad infection after having one molar extracted from a cracked tooth at this practice. Had been to an endodontist eight months prior to have a root canal which didn’t stop the pain. Very unhappy with the followup after my tooth was removed. Needed two prescriptions filled and the office staff never called either prescription in until two days after I needed both. I developed a dry socket infection and was in horrible pain for almost two weeks. Thought it was an staph infection. Also developed horrible canker sores after surgery. , I cannot recommend this oral surgeon office . Each time I arrived they asked why I was there and I had four appointments. Mismanaged to say the least. Paid a lot for the consultation and to hold my appointment too ? I personally recommend finding another more professional oral surgeon office in the Washington DC. area. I have lived in this area all of my life and am 63 years old. Been around the block and buyer beware as the saying goes.

Most unprofessional experience I've had in my life. Staff: Called me to chew me out for being late after i had already checked in. Dentist / Auto mechanic: Very mechanical. Was verbally counting down the seconds till the next patient while in the middle of my extraction. This place does not care about people, professionalism, or quality work.

Don’t know exactly what happened but just got robbed for $124. They said I wouldn’t be charged without them telling me first. Lied to me. Said I would have to pay $600. Then said they could probably do $375. I said I couldn’t do it and then he tried to blackmail me with the $124 consult fee… talked to the dr for about 1.5 minutes. I paid their consult fee and they didn’t even numb my mouth. Thanks a lot for nothing but taking $124 I didn’t have from the mouths of my 5 kids.

Very positive experience. Will recommend to anyone requiring the services they provide. Professional in every step of the process. Great organization.

My heart is broken. I really tried to support my brother. It came down to to finance. I was told I only have to pay 2,000 for abstract of four wisdom teeth which I thought was expensive. When I could have payed 600 for but I want to support.Only to get a call saying I owe another 1,000.because my insurance did take. They need to make sure the insurance take before giving a price.😢
