Visited the Charles County Surgical Arts dental office today for a tooth extraction. Excellent experience with a very courteous and professional staff. Dr. Mcelveen was great. He made sure I understood everything that would happen with the procedure and he ensured I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. Great job by all! Thanks

Had a wonderful experience at this office. The office was very clean and the aesthetic was so nice and relaxing. From the front desk staff to the technicians and doctor I felt very well taken care of. My procedure was quick and painless. I highly recommend CCSA.

The entire dental surgical office personnel from receptionist-financial counselor-technicians-dentist/surgical doctor were welcoming, professional, courteous, caring and informative throughout my visit. It was well received, appreciated and refreshing.

Today was my first visit to this practice and I just love everyone there. Starting at reception and going through the whole process everyone was friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone!

I had a great experience at this office. From the minute I walked in the door the young lady that worked the front desk was very warm and friendly.. there was literally no wait. I was taken back even before I finished my paperwork. I had two assistant’s , Ian and Kim, during my visit. Both of them were very kind patient and upbeat. Any, and all questions were answered. Dr Mcelveen came in and as I was still finishing up my paperwork and hurrying he said that’s fine and he had markers and he was drawing and I noticed he was drawing pictures of teeth to use to educate me which I thought was a great touch. I wasn’t sure with my case because all my tooth pain had left, but I still had some swelling in my cheek and he explain to me how that would happen. I went to the office concerned about that and instead of just glossing over my concerns he gave me the time I needed to make a good decision. There are no stupid questions or silly concerns in this office ! He also told me that he may just extract the tooth and if I don’t have enough bone he would graft it and I would come back later, but if he felt I had enough he would continue on. I was awake during the procedure and honestly it hardly took any time at all. I wasn’t even sure if he had got the tooth out and we were done ! He was able to do the grafting, and the implant which he felt was a success. Afterword Kim gave me the postop paperwork and explained everything to me, and assured me that I could call if I had any questions. Well, I’m not that kind of person that keeps calling and asking questions but sure enough I had a couple questions so I did call and she was very sweet and assured me that I was no bother . They sent my prescriptions electronically so when my husband got to the pharmacy, everything was ready.If you were worried about the procedure and discomfort, I did not experience any discomfort at all you will feel a little bit when you get your numbing medication but other than that, I really didn’t even know what was going on! It was not a long dragged out uncomfortable procedure. Like I said, I wasn’t even sure he got the tooth out yet and he was done This morning. I did get a follow up call from Ian seeing how I was doing and was assured that anything I was experiencing was normal. I have a follow up in two weeks.. All I can say is if you have to have any extraction or implant surgery this is the crew to see they are very professional and make you feel like you are in the best hands!

the whole facility from start to finish very professional . Doctor really good very nice and stands up to take care of the patient . I want to thank him personally in here for my own situation glad to see a Doctor who cares about his patients not just how much he can make !!!! i give them 5 stars plus 5 stars you have a great team of workers and a wonderful Dr!

This is a great place for dental care. All the staff are very welcoming and the treatment areas are clean and spacious. They walk my wife and I throughout every detail in post surgery procedures.

The entire staff was awesome. They are not only very professional they are very supportive n sympathetic n on point with making sure u are informed and understood every procedure everyone communicates with each other so efficiently. They all on the same page concerning the patient.I have never met an entire staff and Dr so hsppy and very informative no matter wat questions I asked. Very professional. Office is immaculate. Of course Dr McKelveen knows his stuff and is very personable. Great experience so far. Zero negatives. My daughter went back for a follow up and they were great. I highly recommend this Dr. Office.

I went in today to get all four of my wisdom teeth pulled. I was nervous but the staff made me feel welcomed. I loved my visit and I highly recommend them😊

You guys are the absolute best! The epitome of compassion and professionalism. Cori, Ian and the Dr. all went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure my safety and comfort during such a very traumatic experience for me due to my fear of pain as a result of being traumatized from a previous experience 15 years ago. Ian and Cori even prayed with my husband and I, prior to my procedure. The Dr. sat with my husband and I and allowed me to weigh my options of sedation, vs local anesthesia. He Assured me that he would make my experience as painless as possible. He truly is a man of his word! After my surgical procedure, I felt no pain. They even expedited my pain meds with a local pharmacy as a result of my pharmacy not having said prescription for two days. I urge you to patronize them, you won’t be disappointed. Efficient and professional staff.

From the professional reception I received coming in to the office was great. I will always remember this appointment, although I was here for extraction of a tooth, the doctor and staff made me feel comfortable the entire time. They also followed -up after the procedure I had. That was special to me. No question about it, I found great professionals to take care of my dental needs. Yes I traveled 40 minutes from Bowie Maryland and it was well worth the drive. Thank you all for serving with excellence!

My heart is broken. I really tried to support my brother. It came down to to finance. I was told I only have to pay 2,000 for abstract of four wisdom teeth which I thought was expensive. When I could have payed 600 for but I want to support.Only to get a call saying I owe another 1,000.because my insurance did take. They need to make sure the insurance take before giving a price.😢
