The doctor was very pleasant and explained everything well, the staff was pleasant when we arrived. They do care about customer service. I had an issue and wrote a review right away the doctor Mr. McElveen himself reached out and apologized he took the time to listen and advised his office Manager Kevin will be reaching out to me to help with the issue. Mr. Kevin did reach out and the issue has been resolved right away and he listened to some suggestions so this wouldn't happen again. I wish we had more Doctors and offices that really cared about their patients and their experience

Great experience! Highly recommend this office. Dr. McElveen and ALL of his staff are so professional and caring. I had a procedure this morning with sedation and couldn’t be more pleased. I even had a question after hours when I got home so I texted as instructed if needed and he texted and called me back. Good Dr’s are hard to come by so when you find a good one it’s great.

Excellent in every way

The staff was so nice, inviting and answered all my questions, even when I asked multiple times, they put me at ease. Kelvin, I hope I got his name right, listened as I talked about my dental history and passed no judgment. He assured me that I would be okay and I was. He even gave me a tissue when I got weepy. Zoey answered my repeated questions, even when I asked about her unique name. Last of all Dr. Mckelvin explained the importance of the tooth I had to have removed. So I made an appointment with my regular dentist next week to talk about replacement. I also wanted to mention the receptionist who took my information. I didn't get his name, but I loved his silver nails. All in all my experience was great! I would highly recommend Charles County Surgical Arts for dental needs! Ms. Phyllis 😀

My little sister had her wisdom tooth removed Friday. Something that would frighten just about any kid but Dr. John and his staff were extremely patient, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable in their craft. Thank you every one at CCCA! Please keep pushing forward.

My experience overall was great. Starting from check-in to the follow-up call after my surgery, everyone had a pleasant bedside manner and expressed interest in how I was going and if I needed anything else. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend this team to anyone needing dental surgery.

Dr. McElveen and staff are awesome! I have extremely anxiety when it comes to even a teeth cleaning, so when I had to have a back molar pulled I was very apprehensive to say the least. The staff and the Dr. Worked very hard to put me at ease. The entire process was done with professionalism and compassion. It was the best experience possible. I am next day post op and have found much relief from the pain I had been suffering. I would recommend them to everyone !

I received treatment earlier today for an extraction of 2 of my wisdom teeth with local anesthesia. I was shocked at how quickly the procedure took (maybe 5 minutes after the anesthetic took effect) and of course appreciate the professionalism and kindness of Dr. McElveen and the staff. I would recommend him to anyone who seeks professional and comfortable dental treatment. Cheers!
