I had an amazing experience. From the first phone call to the follow-up visit, every staff member was amazing. Dr. McElveen and his team are consummate professionals. Everyone is polite, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I needed to have a tooth extracted and I had lots of questions. I received wonderful information from everyone that I spoke with. This gave me an amazing level of confidence going into the procedure. Dr. McElveen is skilled, personable and very kind. He was quick to return phone calls and answer difficult questions. He and his team truly put me at ease. On the day of the procedure, I was well informed but still a little nervous. I cried a little bit while I was in the chair. Team member, Ian, wiped my tears. That is true compassion. Polite, professional, on-time, skilled and compassionate. What a great combination. Thank you, Dr. McElveen, Corey, Ian, Kevin and Wisdom for taking such good care of me. I recently came to get my wisdom teeth removed. The process was very comforting and informative. The staff was friendly and made sure you were aware of every option you had while also not pressuring you to do anything you were unsure about. Will definitely go back again for any other procedures!

This was my first time ever seeing an oral surgeon, I was quite nervous. First of all, the office is so nice, in fact the nicest medical office ive ever been to.The staff were very professional and friendly from the time I scheduled the appointment all the way through my post op appointment. DR.MCELVEEN informed me of what to expect during and after the procedure. The whole process was very smoothly, I would highly recommend anyone in charles county area in need of an oral surgeon to see Dr Mcelveen, you won't be disappointed, I can not thank their office enough!!

Charles County Surgical Arts team was amazing! Very professional team of State of the Arts Dentistry. I was so impressed from the moment that I entered the establishment. Such a welcoming atmosphere. Best oral surgeon ever! The office staff was amazing, the Doctor was patient and friendly, more importantly he is extremely knowledgable regarding my needs. Highly recommend to anyone in need of oral or facial surgery. Doctor was willing to return my phone call after hours and even came in on the weekend to manage my emergency.

I was in pain and they stayed late to make sure they treated me. Very attentive staff, great, knowledgeable doctor. Staff made sure I made it home ok and the doctor even called to check up on me.

Great professional black dentist. Customer service was fantastic they greet you at the door with positive energy. They are a very knowledgeable and easy going staff. They even cut Netflix on in the lobby for my daughter to keep her calm as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend surgical arts is the way to go.

The office was amazing! I was in pain and not an established patient and Dr. MCEllveen accommodated me and treated me the same day. They were professional, kind and explained everything in detail.

I was referred by my dentist to have a tooth extracted. From Day 1 everyone has been extremely responsive and professional- the initial phone call, contacting my insurance company and our initial face to face meeting. I loved that I was offered to have the extraction on the same day as the consult. Dr. McElveen explained everything that would happen and delivered in the most pain free way possible. Of course there was the pinch of numbing but I didn’t realize he had extracted the tooth based on his expertise and speed. His staff were meticulous in going over post operative instructions and called to make sure everything was okay a few days later. I highly recommend Charles County Surgical Arts for your dental care. I look forward to working with Dr. McElveen on correcting flaws from previous reconstruction of my jaw. He showed concern in giving me different options than what I was offered by the military so many years ago. He speaks with confidence in his skills which puts me at ease. I look forward to seeing how he can transform my look. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is so nice.

I got a referral from my dentist to go to Charles county surgical arts for a tooth extraction , the staff was super friendly and had great bedside manner, The office was absolutely beautiful , clean and welcoming. I usually dread going to the dentist but Dr. John explained everything step by step in detail and talked me through my entire extraction. I am so pleased with my experience here and in the future will most definitely be returning for my dental needs.
