A couple weeks ago, I received my first tooth implant. The overall experience was great and comforting. The front staff were very flexible and understanding with scheduling my procedure. The accountant for the office was very informational and patient as well. He walked me through the different payment plans with my insurance plan. The doctor who performed the procedure was very gentle and walked me through step by step what was going on. After the procedure, they informed me with everything that I needed to know to make sure the surgery went well after it was done. As well as, they called and check on how I was doing after the procedure. Anyone who's looking to get any mouth work done, I 100% recommend to come here. Thank you guys for your service! Hopefully I won't have to be back for any other mouth work💀 but if so, you guys will be on speed dial! ❤️

After years of putting off getting my wisdom teeth pulled, I finally trusted Charles County Surgical Arts. I’m glad I did. They are professional, polite, clean and very informative of the process for anyone who is hesitant. I also received same day treatment on the day of my consultation. They followed up with me by phone to make sure I was doing well after the procedure. I recommend them if you’re looking to have oral surgery. Thank you for taking great care of your patients!

Extremely polite and responsive when I called to make an appointment. Very accommodating regarding dates and times. I had extensive surgery done and when it was over I was shocked, I had to ask if it (the procedure) was really over. I heard everything and felt nothing. My prescriptions were ready at my pharmacy when I left there. I was provided detailed instructions for home care and they even followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing. I highly recommend them. It’s a family affair!

I was referred to CCSA by my dentist to receive treatment for an emergency extraction and I have to say the service they provided was 5 Stars! The overall atmosphere of the office is clean and organized, the front office staff are friendly and provide a smile under their masks! The Financial plans are easy to follow and they work with you on all financial options that our insurances may not cover in order to get the services you need. Lastly, the oral surgeon gave good vibes and explained my procedure options and protocols during our consult, so I was well aware and prepared for surgery day. Also, I don’t who’s in charge of the playlist but they had me moving and grooving while I waited. Highly recommended for your oral surgery needs!

Wonderful experience

I can not say enough good things about the doctor and staff here. It was an excellent experience from the first phone call until the moment we walked out of the office after my son's procedure. Everyone made my son and myself feel so comfortable and they did everything to calm our fears. I would highly recommend this practice!

Reception was fast and prompt. I was getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed and I did not get put under. The actual procedure was quick but by no means rushed. Staff made sure I was numb and paid attention when I tried to tell them if I wasn’t numb. Overall a very positive experience.

Friendly people, nice office, curtesy call after the surgery, and in and out post-op appointment. I don’t care for the dentist in general, but it was a pleasant experience overall and would definitely go back, if needed.

The whole process was very professional-from my first visit to my follow up session. The actual procedure was very quick and I healed very quickly with less pain. The inside of this dental office is very comforting and makes the process less stressful. Thanks again!

Dr. McElveen is a very competent and caring oral surgeon. My procedure was taken care of very quickly with no problems or complications. The staff are friendly and efficient, and I appreciated that a staff member would pop in every few minutes to update me as I waited for the procedure. Beautiful offices - all in all, a very pleasant experience.

The staff, nurses, office manager Kevin and Dr. McElven made me feel welcome as soon as I came in. I was fairly nervous since this was my first surgery, ever. They made sure to go through and explain everything to me and why they chose the specific procedure to deal with my wisdom teeth. I was super appreciative, especially when they explained the situation with my lower teeth. Knowing I was nervous, they still checked on me before I went under and got a follow up phone call this morning! Thanks everyone!

My experience with Charles County Surgical Arts was outstanding.No pain, top notch service

My experience was absolutely amazing as my procedure was performed flawless and my follow up care along with instructions I was provided was great. After my procedure I had little to no bleeding and pain was super limited and didn’t have to take pain killers.

Dr McElveen and the staff at Charles County Surgical arts are true professionals. From the moment I got on the phone to schedule my appt to my post op appt with Dr McElveen I was very pleased with the whole experience. I went to CCSA for a cracked tooth and they took care of me the same day. Other dental practices in the area did not have any appts available for at least two weeks and CCSA took me in the same day. I would highly recommend CCSA for any of your dental needs.

I was referred to Dr. John McElveen from my general Dentist. I had a tooth that broke and I needed to get it pulled out and a implant put in his place. The office has a very modern look very inviting the staff was really accommodating very pleasant. When I met John he took the time to listen to the concerns that I had and all dental needs. He really explained the procedures and ensured that I understood clearly. Which is hard to find in Doctors. Kevin the office manager was very clear and he explained all options and allow me time to make up my mind on procedures available. I had the procedure completed and didn’t experience any complications. It turned out to be a wonderful experience and I will return to his office for any dental needs and will refer my family and friends.

Very professional and helpful with my new insurance….the procedure was explained in detail … I received a follow up call to make sure everything was good…overall excellent service… a great team
