The only people I trust with my smile is Charles County Surgical Arts. From the time you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile and outstanding customer service. Doc and his team are very knowledgeable and caring. I had a 911 dental emergency and they got me right in with care. I was so nervous as my previous root canal failed and my tooth needed to come out. Doc and his team listened to me and helped calm me down. The process was seamless and very gentle. I’m now getting prepared to have him restore that removed tooth with an implant and can honestly say I’m not scared because I know I’m in good hands. The staff here really care and I’m sending my family and friends.

Dr McElveen and his staff are amazing. He is thorough with his explanation of procedures, honest and straight forward. He has a compassionate way about him and so does his staff. I am a very nervous person when it comes to any type of dental work. From start to finish Dr. Mcelveen and his entire team were wonderful. They are extremely attentive and make sure to explain and make you as comfortable as possible. They certainly made what could have been an unpleasant experience much easier. I def recommend them for anyone needing an impant.

I originally went to them for a wisdom teeth removal. The procedure was painless and the aftercare the team provided made the healing process comfortable and effective. Phenomenal Oral Surgeon and Awesome Staff! Dr. McElveen makes the most complicated procedures seamless, quick and comfortable.

I've had two procedures with Dr. McElveen and have nothing but positive things to say about his practice. The facility is clean and bright, I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be pulled back for my appointment, the entire staff is friendly, procedures were painless, and Dr. McElveen has a great bedside manner. He also explains your options thoroughly during consultations. My 9 year old daughter needs a tooth extracted and was referred to another oral surgeon; I immediately requested to switch to Dr. McElveen because I know she will have the best treatment and experience there.

I went in expecting to be put under to have a tooth pulled because I was absolutely terrified. However, the cost was more than I could justify, so I decided, after MUCH reassurance from the staff, to do the procedure awake. It was fast and painless. Most unprofessional experience I've had in my life. Staff: Called me to chew me out for being late after i had already checked in. Dentist / Auto mechanic: Very mechanical. Was verbally counting down the seconds till the next patient while in the middle of my extraction. This place does not care about people, professionalism, or quality work.
