Entire team was very professional and knowledgeable. Very Caring. I highly recommend Dr McElveen especially if you don’t like going to dentist or fearful of procedure. He will take the time to explain everything very good bedside manner, extremely professional.

New arrival to the state and needed an emergency appointment. They were able to work me in for a surgery with 24 hours. The Doc is awesome and all of the staff were great! Everything explained thoroughly and the service was outstanding.

I've been here twice, both times for emergencies. I was able to be seen within the same day both times and went home pain free and comfortable. I was super nervous and anxious, but everyone did an amazing job with making sure I felt safe and comfortable before continuing. The entire team is amazingly skilled and super kind!! I had an amazing experience both times I've been here!

Great staff, great medical assistants, great front desk receptionists, they were very welcoming when I first checked in. The Dr is very knowledgeable with everything regarding my concerns and answered all my questions. Great company and I highly recommend this office!

I would definitely highly recommend this office. The Staff are amazing, courteous kind, and considerate always make you feel welcome as are all the techs, they take their time they explain everything . Doctor John mcElveen goes above and beyond to make you feel equally as comfortable he gave me contact numbers after the procedure for any concerns or issues so you can reach him instantly, that itself was reassuring. it’s like you’re the only patient I don’t like the dentist, but they made me feel so comfortable. I came back.

Charles County Surgical Arts is amazing. I definitely recommend booking your appointments here at Charles County Surgical Arts, especially if you need your wisdom tooth extracted. Surgical Arts also offers other surgical work. For example, implants. Dr.McElveen and his staff are very pleasant and professional. In addition, the office is very clean and welcoming.

He and his entire staff make going to the dentist something that I am anxious to do. He has made my smile something I am so proud to show off. Like most people, i was extremely afraid/ anxious over having dental Work done, let alone oral surgery. When i called To get an appointment they were able to get me in about a week later, again i was soooo anxious i almost canceled, but the broken tooth, with exposed nerves and tooth root let me with so much pain i sucked it Up!! As soon as i arrived for my 10 am appointment i was taken back within 1 minute, just long enough to get my gran and husband who came with me comfortable in the waiting area, the waiting area was spacious yet private. Water and a coffee bar were available for family members waiting for their loved ones to have their dental work/ procedure done. I woke up from the anesthesia at 11:44 am and was moved to a private room to recover with the help and support of my husband. The dr. Was amazing and respected my wishes to not use narcotics due to being on a MAT program. I would definitely go back.

Very nice and respectful staff. Dr. M bedside manner was excellent! I was a nervous wreck but he kept assuring me that I would be fine.

It was a great experience, especially when you're getting a wisdom tooth removed. The prep, consult, X-ray , etc... took far longer than the actual removal. I highly recommend

Anyone needing a tooth implant should definately go see Dr. McElveen @ Charles County Surgical Arts. They are wonderful. From Doc to his entire staff. They have a very organized, tightly run operation. Doc and staff are very kind and compassionate. Having an implant is not something you want to do, but they made it as pleasant as it could be. Yes Doc, I was very lucky! Thank you guys!!
