Very friendly staff. Getting wisdom teeth removed is not fun but the staff and doctors here made my process easier to handle with their friendly and helpful demeanor! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience

Very Clean and organized facility with amazing staff who make you feel right at home! Dr. McElveen was very helpful in the recovery process and even called to check on me which is very kind. I would recommend everyone go here for any procedure you need completed.

I don’t know where to begin. I was worked in as an emergency patient. The entire staff was great…from the time I called to make the appointment to the time I left out from my follow up exam. The office is clean, nicely decorated and inviting. I told Dr. McElveen that I had a bad experience with another dentist after having a root canal done…he changed my mind about oral surgeons. 🙂

I don't think I've been to a more professional caring place. I needed emergency work done and every place I called told me I'd wait over 48hours to get in. They worked with me to get me in the same hour I called. Did emergency surgery and walked me through every step of the way. Had some issues over the weekend and the doctor was so hands on he called me himself while out of the country to get me some steroids for the inflammation. If more then 5 stars was possible they'd get it from me. Thanks guys for all your help!

I can not say enough good things about the doctor and staff here. It was an excellent experience from the first phone call until the moment we walked out of the office after my son's procedure. Everyone made my son and myself feel so comfortable and they did everything to calm our fears. I would highly recommend this practice!

Reception was fast and prompt. I was getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed and I did not get put under. The actual procedure was quick but by no means rushed. Staff made sure I was numb and paid attention when I tried to tell them if I wasn’t numb. Overall a very positive experience.

Friendly people, nice office, curtesy call after the surgery, and in and out post-op appointment. I don’t care for the dentist in general, but it was a pleasant experience overall and would definitely go back, if needed.

The whole process was very professional-from my first visit to my follow up session. The actual procedure was very quick and I healed very quickly with less pain. The inside of this dental office is very comforting and makes the process less stressful. Thanks again!

I had an amazing experience. From the first phone call to the follow-up visit, every staff member was amazing. Dr. McElveen and his team are consummate professionals. Everyone is polite, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I needed to have a tooth extracted and I had lots of questions. I received wonderful information from everyone that I spoke with. This gave me an amazing level of confidence going into the procedure. Dr. McElveen is skilled, personable and very kind. He was quick to return phone calls and answer difficult questions. He and his team truly put me at ease. On the day of the procedure, I was well informed but still a little nervous. I cried a little bit while I was in the chair. Team member, Ian, wiped my tears. I recently came to get my wisdom teeth removed. The process was very comforting and informative. The staff was friendly and made sure you were aware of every option you had while also not pressuring you to do anything you were unsure about. Will definitely go back again for any other procedures!

Dr. McElveen is a very competent and caring oral surgeon. My procedure was taken care of very quickly with no problems or complications. The staff are friendly and efficient, and I appreciated that a staff member would pop in every few minutes to update me as I waited for the procedure. Beautiful offices - all in all, a very pleasant experience.

The staff, nurses, office manager Kevin and Dr. McElven made me feel welcome as soon as I came in. I was fairly nervous since this was my first surgery, ever. They made sure to go through and explain everything to me and why they chose the specific procedure to deal with my wisdom teeth. I was super appreciative, especially when they explained the situation with my lower teeth. Knowing I was nervous, they still checked on me before I went under and got a follow up phone call this morning! Thanks everyone!

My experience with Charles County Surgical Arts was outstanding.No pain, top notch service

My experience was absolutely amazing as my procedure was performed flawless and my follow up care along with instructions I was provided was great. After my procedure I had little to no bleeding and pain was super limited and didn’t have to take pain killers.

Dr McElveen and the staff at Charles County Surgical arts are true professionals. From the moment I got on the phone to schedule my appt to my post op appt with Dr McElveen I was very pleased with the whole experience. I went to CCSA for a cracked tooth and they took care of me the same day. Other dental practices in the area did not have any appts available for at least two weeks and CCSA took me in the same day. I would highly recommend CCSA for any of your dental needs.

This was my first time being put under anesthesia but also my first time having teeth removed (wisdom teeth) and everyone from the moment I called to inquire was absolutely amazing! They were informative and answered my many questions and once the actual surgery day came, made sure I was comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Kevin, Korey, (I hope I spelled her name right), Ian and Dr. McElveen were all so patient and just gave the best bedside manner which is extremely important in the dentistry field. In the week since I had my wisdom teeth removed, I’ve barely had any pain and any questions that I had, I was able to call and connect with someone quickly. Hopefully, I never have to come back for any surgery but if I did, they would absolutely be my first choice!
