The best review for any business is the initial interaction /encounter when you enter the business. Every time I came in to Doctor McElveen's office, from the first visit to the follow up procedures, I was treated with smiles, a handshake or two, respect, and in a timely manner! Thank you Arti, Cori, and Kevin! Like most of us visiting the dentist, we are nervous at first. But soon that nervousness eased, as I was cared for in a comforting and professional way. Today I had the pleasure to meet Dr. John McElveen and his wonderful staff. From the front desk staff to surgical assistants to Dr. John McElveen I felt like I was received like a family member. They were genuinely friendly, warm and above all very professional. The office was so clean and very warm! We were offered hospitality drinks while waiting for our appointment. As for my procedure of an extraction, Dr. John McElveen was magical. He explained exactly what to expect. He extracted the tooth and I felt no pain at all. He is extremely caring to his patients and his staff told he is a joy to work for as well as work with. It is a family environment and if you need an oral surgeon at all, please seek Dr McElveen out! Immediate response. All the staff communicated very well and was all on the same page. Very understanding and consulted/explained every step of the process. Felt very comfortable and trusting. They need an office down south to set the standards for sure!

Got my wisdom teeth pulled without sedation. No pain, was done in 5 minuets after I was numbed.

Took care of my concerns, answered all my questions, made sure I was clear on what was happening from start to finish as well as giving me thorough post-procedure instructions and timelines. Procedure went well and I was very pleased. Best oral surgery experience to date. Would definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about everyone ! They are so professional and seem to genuinely be concerned. Not just with me but also watching the staff with other patients. The doctor, knowing I has to wait a few minutes, said you look like you're in pain would like me to numb you up now!?! Everyone takes the rime ro explain. They call and check on you. I highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer.

Everyone in the building was so amazing and personable I felt like I was with extended family! They were able to work with me on pricing for an emergency extraction, and I was in and out in less than an hour! 10/10 I highly recommend this location for emergency needs and a general good atmosphere to go along with all your dental needs and concerns. The office staff is super accommodating, attentive and accountable. The medical team is patient, knowledgeable and attentive. Dr. McElveen is the BEST! He is highly highly professional, approachable, caring, empathetic, respectful, attentive to details, humble yet confident about his skills. Demonstrates superb doctor-patient relationship through his effective listening skills. Thoroughly explain medical process, options, and provides recommendations. His interpersonal skills & sense of humor also have a calming effect . Dr McElveen medical practice is truly a blessing to our community.

Dr McElveen is very personable and more caring about my level of comfort than I was. He explains everything clearly and there are no surprises. What an extraordinary practice! I had two teeth removed, opting for full sedation. Flawless. Moreover, Dr. McElveen and his staff are excellent - knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous. I recommend them without hesitation.

Five stars great people

I called on Tuesday after Memorial Day due to a tooth that my primary dentist wasn’t able to extract. They got me in the next day for a same day extraction. Everyone there was so nice & SO helpful! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left (even with a tooth extraction) I had such a pleasant experience! If I ever need the oral surgeon again, I will be going back! I will also be recommending CCSA to EVERYONE! Thanks again, doc & practice!
