Exceptional office. Comfortable vs sterile setting.highly professional staff is courteous, welcoming and very helpful. Dr McElveen is very personable and more caring about my level of comfort than I was. He explains everything clearly and there are no surprises. What an extraordinary practice! I had two teeth removed, opting for full sedation. Flawless. Moreover, Dr. McElveen and his staff are excellent - knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous. I recommend them without hesitation.

Five stars great people

I called on Tuesday after Memorial Day due to a tooth that my primary dentist wasn’t able to extract. They got me in the next day for a same day extraction. Everyone there was so nice & SO helpful! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left (even with a tooth extraction) I had such a pleasant experience! If I ever need the oral surgeon again, I will be going back! I will also be recommending CCSA to EVERYONE! Thanks again, doc & practice!

From my first call for an appointment everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable it made my whole experience so easy. They explained things well and helped me feel at ease. Their office was clean and up to date too. I would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone.

Great Experience 👍 The entry to exit was very calm and very professional. Everyone has outstanding bedside manner. As there patient you will be embraced with kit gloves. They will not rush you or make you feel nothing outside of being their priority. I recieved service of an extraction that was empacted also recieved a titanium implant in this one visit. 5 stars is not enough to explain Dr. McElveen and his staff. Him and his team have set the bar of compassion, professionalism, information, care and comfort to a level nothing short of SUPRELATIVE. Ciara was with me thru the whole process and she was as close to having my grandaughter there with me as possible with her gentle, kind manner in taking care of me till I met Dr.McElveen. I won’t forget her gentle, calming squeeze of my shoulder when she sensed my anxiety. The office is beautiful and relaxing, from the gorgeous lighting, immaculate cleanliness, to the relaxing music- the atmosphere is more like a spa than a dental office. While I spent the most time with Ciara, the rest of the staff are also absolutely the best! Every single one of them. Dr McElveen is truly a unique and treasured find in this world where doctors sometimes seem to be on a tight timeline and having to be more focused on meeting their quotas than meeting their patients. ❤️ I hope I won’t need any other dental surgery, but if I do there is no doubt Charles County Surgical Arts is where it will be.

Had a wonderful experience at this office. The office was very clean and the aesthetic was so nice and relaxing. From the front desk staff to the technicians and doctor I felt very well taken care of. My procedure was quick and painless. I highly recommend CCSA.

The entire dental surgical office personnel from receptionist-financial counselor-technicians-dentist/surgical doctor were welcoming, professional, courteous, caring and informative throughout my visit. It was well received, appreciated and refreshing.

Today was my first visit to this practice and I just love everyone there. Starting at reception and going through the whole process everyone was friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone!

I had a great experience at this office. From the minute I walked in the door the young lady that worked the front desk was very warm and friendly.. there was literally no wait. I was taken back even before I finished my paperwork. I had two assistant’s , Ian and Kim, during my visit. Both of them were very kind patient and upbeat. Any, and all questions were answered. Dr Mcelveen came in and as I was still finishing up my paperwork and hurrying he said that’s fine and he had markers and he was drawing and I noticed he was drawing pictures of teeth to use to educate me which I thought was a great touch. I wasn’t sure with my case because all my tooth pain had left, but I still had some swelling in my cheek and he explain to me how that would happen. I went to the office concerned about that and instead of just glossing over my concerns he gave me the time I needed to make a good decision. There are no stupid questions or silly concerns in this office ! He also told me that he may just extract the tooth and if I don’t have enough bone he would graft it and I would come back later, but if he felt I had enough he would continue on. I was awake during the procedure and honestly it hardly took any time at all. I wasn’t even sure if he had got the tooth out and we were done ! He was able to do the grafting, and the implant which he felt was a success. Afterword Kim gave me the postop paperwork and explained everything to me, and assured me that I could call if I had any questions. Well, I’m not that kind of person that keeps calling and asking questions but sure enough I had a couple questions so I did call and she was very sweet and assured me that I was no bother . They sent my prescriptions electronically so when my husband got to the pharmacy, everything was ready.If you were worried about the procedure and discomfort, I did not experience any discomfort at all you will feel a little bit when you get your numbing medication but other than that, I really didn’t even know what was going on! It was not a long dragged out uncomfortable procedure. Like I said, I wasn’t even sure he got the tooth out yet and he was done This morning. I did get a follow up call from Ian seeing how I was doing and was assured that anything I was experiencing was normal. I have a follow up in two weeks.. All I can say is if you have to have any extraction or implant surgery this is the crew to see they are very professional and make you feel like you are in the best hands!

the whole facility from start to finish very professional . Doctor really good very nice and stands up to take care of the patient . I want to thank him personally in here for my own situation glad to see a Doctor who cares about his patients not just how much he can make !!!! i give them 5 stars plus 5 stars you have a great team of workers and a wonderful Dr!

This is a great place for dental care. All the staff are very welcoming and the treatment areas are clean and spacious. They walk my wife and I throughout every detail in post surgery procedures.
