The best review for any business is the initial interaction /encounter when you enter the business. Every time I came in to Doctor McElveen's office, from the first visit to the follow up procedures, I was treated with smiles, a handshake or two, respect, and in a timely manner! Thank you Arti, Cori, and Kevin! Like most of us visiting the dentist, we are nervous at first. But soon that nervousness eased, as I was cared for in a comforting and professional way. The staff was amazing. I was nervous before my procedure but everyone made me feel comfortable and it was a seamless process.

This was the absolute best experience! Everyone in the office was super nice and very organized! I am not a great dental patient but if I need work in the future I will definitely be returning!

Professional, personable, anttentive and supportive staff. Took care of my concerns, answered all my questions, made sure I was clear on what was happening from start to finish as well as giving me thorough post-procedure instructions and timelines. Procedure went well and I was very pleased. Best oral surgery experience to date. Would definitely recommend them.

I called on Tuesday after Memorial Day due to a tooth that my primary dentist wasn’t able to extract. They got me in the next day for a same day extraction. Everyone there was so nice & SO helpful! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left (even with a tooth extraction) I had such a pleasant experience! If I ever need the oral surgeon again, I will be going back! I will also be recommending CCSA to EVERYONE! Thanks again, doc & practice!

Great Experience 👍 The entry to exit was very calm and very professional. Everyone has outstanding bedside manner. As there patient you will be embraced with kit gloves. They will not rush you or make you feel nothing outside of being their priority. I recieved service of an extraction that was empacted also recieved a titanium implant in this one visit. Visited the Charles County Surgical Arts dental office today for a tooth extraction. Excellent experience with a very courteous and professional staff. Dr. Mcelveen was great. He made sure I understood everything that would happen with the procedure and he ensured I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. Great job by all! Thanks

Had a wonderful experience at this office. The office was very clean and the aesthetic was so nice and relaxing. From the front desk staff to the technicians and doctor I felt very well taken care of. My procedure was quick and painless. I highly recommend CCSA.

This is a great place for dental care. All the staff are very welcoming and the treatment areas are clean and spacious. They walk my wife and I throughout every detail in post surgery procedures.

The entire staff was awesome. They are not only very professional they are very supportive n sympathetic n on point with making sure u are informed and understood every procedure everyone communicates with each other so efficiently. They all on the same page concerning the patient.I have never met an entire staff and Dr so hsppy and very informative no matter wat questions I asked. Very professional. Office is immaculate. Of course Dr McKelveen knows his stuff and is very personable. Great experience so far. Zero negatives. My daughter went back for a follow up and they were great. I highly recommend this Dr. Office.

You guys are the absolute best! The epitome of compassion and professionalism. Cori, Ian and the Dr. all went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure my safety and comfort during such a very traumatic experience for me due to my fear of pain as a result of being traumatized from a previous experience 15 years ago. Ian and Cori even prayed with my husband and I, prior to my procedure. The Dr. sat with my husband and I and allowed me to weigh my options of sedation, vs local anesthesia. He Assured me that he would make my experience as painless as possible. He truly is a man of his word! After my surgical procedure, I felt no pain. They even expedited my pain meds with a local pharmacy as a result of my pharmacy not having said prescription for two days. I urge you to patronize them, you won’t be disappointed. I had an amazing experience! I was referred to Dr. McElveen by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction. I had all 4 removed at once and was scared to death. I appreciated the initial consultation and answering all questions and concerns. He was patient with me and I was able to schedule right away. The day of the procedure - I was so scared, but literally woke up and it was over. It definitely didn’t take long to do the procedure. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Not to mention that his office is a few minutes from my home. I felt very comfortable and really appreciate him and the entire staff. If anyone needs a surgeon- he’s 1st on the list! Highly recommend! Thank you🙏🏽

Dr. Jay and his staff are the absolute best. The procedure itself was painless due to me being sedated. Post recovery I experienced some pain but Dr. Jay was extremely hands on with accommodations and making sure that I received the necessary meds to help soothe the pain. Will certainly be returning for any future procedures.

Had 4 extractions for implants. I opted to go to sleep and I was not a good patient..They reduce me to a twilight sleep and I cannot say enough about the outstanding care I received. I strongly recommend them and will use them for the rest of the work that needs to be done..if I could give 10 stars I would

A couple weeks ago, I received my first tooth implant. The overall experience was great and comforting. The front staff were very flexible and understanding with scheduling my procedure. The accountant for the office was very informational and patient as well. He walked me through the different payment plans with my insurance plan. The doctor who performed the procedure was very gentle and walked me through step by step what was going on. After the procedure, they informed me with everything that I needed to know to make sure the surgery went well after it was done. As well as, they called and check on how I was doing after the procedure. Anyone who's looking to get any mouth work done, I 100% recommend to come here. Thank you guys for your service! Hopefully I won't have to be back for any other mouth work💀 but if so, you guys will be on speed dial! ❤️
